Delivery / Returns Information
All Products (except custom products) are despatched within 3 working days of the order being placed (subject to our TERMS & CONDITIONS) and in most cases will be sent using a next day delivery service for UK customers.
 
Products that have to be made specifically for you, or 'custom products' will be shipped within 3 working days of the product being completed.
Worldwide shipping is available, these deliveries on average take 7-10 days and in some cases can take 'up to' 21 days during busy, seasonal periods, such as Christmas etc.
 
We endeavour to adhere to the above shipping procedures, however,  should the despatch date or delivery service be any different we will contact you via the details you provided us with.
Deliveries are usually made between Monday & Friday unless prior arrangements have been made via email.
 
It is strongly recommended that all deliveries are inspected in front of the delivery person before signing for them, otherwise claims against our carriers for goods damaged in transit are unlikely to be successful.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few of days.
We will ONLY refund credit to the method to which you paid for the item;
(i.e. Credit card / PayPal etc.)

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at melon.design@hotmail.co.uk.

Sale items
Some sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded unless the item is damaged in transit. If you knowingly purchased an item that was on sale because it was 'slight seconds' or has 'minor errors' then this product cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at melon.design@hotmail.co.uk and we will arrange the exchange.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
If you receive a refund for goods purchased, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We may on occasions refund the shipping cost to you, this is at our sole discretion.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us that you deem unsuitable and it is valued at over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot  guarantee that we will receive your returned item, should this happen then unfortunately we may not be able to issue a refund.
