Do I need to create an account to use melOn Design?

Not at all, however creating an account with us enables you to keep track of orders and speeds up your experience the next time you visit. You will also receive a discount voucher upon creating an account.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All stock orders are shipped within 3 working days, unless prior arrangements between you and us are made. Custom orders are made to order so these will take longer to be shipped, we ask that you allow up to 10 days for the order to be made and another 3 to be shipped.

Which postal service do you use?

We use various postal companies, our main carrier is 'Royal Mail', however from time to time when problems arise with Royal Mail we will use various others including, 'MyHermes', 'FedEx' and 'UKMail'.

Can I use more than one discount code on one purchase?

Unfortunately, no. Discount codes cannot be combined. If you have 2 different codes you will have to use one then save the other for a rainy day, be sure the code you save doesn't expire.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive promotional messages from us via the newsletter, then simply click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletter emails sent to you. This will not affect any transactional emails that we may send to you. You will still receive Order Confirmation Emails and order despatch emails. If you have unsubscribed and are still receiving newsletters from us, please contact us by using any Contact Centre.

I have forgotten my sign in password, how do I recover it?

No problem, this happens to the best of us. CLICK HERE to be taken to the sign in page, then click the 'forgot password' link. You will then have the opportunity to enter your email address to recover/create an new password. If you have forgotten your sign in email address or no longer have access to it then you will have to contact us using one of the contact methods at the bottom of this website

My item/s have arrived damaged, what should I do?

On a few occasions damages may occur during transit, If this has happened to you then we appologise and will do our very best to get things sorted out for you. As soon as you discover a fault or damage you sould contact us HERE as soon as possible. You must provide your name, address and order number with a few details about how the item was damaged. We will then contact you within 48 hours to discuss how we are going to proceed.
